Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack with Care
To ensure a full refund, please securely pack the items in their original shrink-wrap and packaging to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the items to our designated fulfillment center; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Processing and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
